Our consulting services make up what we call a project. We preform projects nationwide for all types of dentistry (general and specialty) and for existing practices, start-up practices, or practice acquisition. Typically, projects take a minimum of 11 weeks to complete.

Our projects comprise a unique and comprehensive way of dealing with the impact of dental insurance in the practice. The projects consist of many parts and stages, and include analysis of UCR fees, fee positioning, fee negotiations, plan performance evaluation, and more. Once the project is complete, we present all of our findings and recommendations to maximize profitability, increase production, reduce write-offs, and increase new patient flow - all in accord with the specific goals of the owner-dentist.
